SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority, unless an alternate shipping option is selected. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once your order is received.

Shipping is free on orders over $50 with code: woof.

Most orders will ship within 3 business days of being placed. We will let you know if there is going to be a delay. A shipping confirmation with the shipments tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, if the shipping fee appears to be higher than expected, please contact us to check on it. We are happy to advise and help find the best International rate possible. 

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Ware of the Dog accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 

SALES TAX

Ware of the Dog charges sales tax for New York residents only.

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns on new, unused items that are in their original condition. 

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  We require that all merchandise be returned within 14 days from the date that we issue your RA#. If RA requests or returned merchandise falls outside of this time frame, we unfortunately will not be able to accept returns. Please note that item(s) returned without an RA# will not be accepted. We will send those item(s) back at your expense.

Non-sale merchandise may be returned for exchange, refund or store credit.

Items purchased on sale may be returned for exchange or store credit only.

 

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Send an e-mail to returns@wareofthedog.com with a brief explanation of your return/exchange. Please include your order number.
Once your return is authorized by Ware of the Dog, you will receive an RA#. 

Ship the package with merchandise securely sealed to the address below.

Returns must be sent prepaid, via a trackable carrier. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our policy requirements. Ware of the Dog is not responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. PRIVACY POLICY

Ware of the Dog will not disclose your information to other organizations or third parties. Any personal information that you provide is confidential and used to process your order. We may use your information to contact you about new products and special promotions. If you would like to have your name removed from our mailing list, please email info@wareofthedog.com.
